5GRocket is a product and service provided by DeepTechSol (“DeepTechSol,” “5GRocket,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operating through 5grocket.com.

5GRocket provides access to a managed cloud-based browsing environment designed to improve the responsiveness and performance of browser-based activities while using your existing internet connection.

• is not an Internet Service Provider (ISP);
• is not a mobile network provider;
• does not provide an actual 5G mobile connection;
• is not a VPN or proxy service;
• is not a VPS, virtual server, web-hosting service, or general-purpose cloud-computing service;
• does not provide root, administrative, or general-purpose server access;
• does not replace your existing broadband, Wi-Fi, mobile-data, or other internet connection; and
• requires a functioning internet connection to access and use the service.

The terms “5G-Like Speed,” “5G-Like Browsing,” and similar expressions describe the intended browsing experience and should not be interpreted as a representation that 5GRocket provides an actual 5G telecommunications connection.

Actual performance may vary between users, websites, locations, and sessions.

2. Information We May Collect

Depending on how you interact with 5GRocket, we may collect information necessary to provide, administer, secure, and improve the service.

Account and Contact Information

• telephone or WhatsApp number;

12. Accounts and User Responsibility

Each 5GRocket account and subscription is intended for use by the registered user.

Only one active 5GRocket service session is permitted at a time.

Users should properly end their current 5GRocket session before accessing the service from another device.

Starting another session may automatically disconnect an existing session. Such disconnection does not necessarily sign the user out of websites, applications, or other third-party services accessed during that session.

Users remain responsible for taking reasonable precautions to secure third-party accounts or authenticated sessions under their control.

Users are encouraged to stop their 5GRocket service session through the available account controls when the service is no longer required.

13. Permitted Use

5GRocket is intended for lawful and legitimate online activities.

• violate applicable laws;
• commit or facilitate fraud;
• distribute or operate malware;
• conduct phishing or credential theft;
• obtain unauthorized access to systems or accounts;
• intentionally interfere with service infrastructure;
• circumvent security or technical restrictions;
• abuse service resources;
• impersonate others unlawfully;
• violate third-party rights;
• operate, provide, configure, or facilitate a VPN, proxy, tunneling, relay, or similar network service;
• use the service primarily to circumvent technical, security, geographic, or access restrictions;
• operate hosting, server, cryptocurrency-mining, network-relay, or similar general-purpose computing workloads;
• attempt to obtain administrative, root, or other server-level access not provided as part of 5GRocket; or
• otherwise use the service in a manner reasonably considered harmful, unlawful, or abusive.

These restrictions define uses that are not permitted through 5GRocket and do not constitute a general statement regarding the legality of VPN, proxy, or related technologies.

DeepTechSol may take reasonable action to protect the service, its users, infrastructure, and third parties.

14. Subscription Plans

• limited trial access.

Available plans, prices, features, and subscription periods will be presented through the website, order process, customer account, or applicable offer.

Plans and pricing may change from time to time.

15. Billing and Renewal

An invoice for the next subscription period may be issued approximately 10 days before the current subscription period expires.

Payment of that invoice continues the subscription for the applicable next period.

5GRocket does not require a customer to continue purchasing future subscription periods.

If an applicable renewal invoice is not paid by its due date, the service may be suspended or allowed to expire.

Where service has been suspended for non-payment, access may be restored following payment, subject to account eligibility and service availability.

16. Ending a Subscription

A customer who does not wish to continue the service may simply allow the current paid subscription period to expire without paying the next renewal invoice.

Customers may also contact support@5grocket.com regarding their service or account.

Access to an already-paid subscription may ordinarily continue until the applicable subscription period ends, unless access is suspended or terminated under these Terms.

17. Refunds

If you experience a billing or service issue, please contact us so we can review the matter and work toward a reasonable resolution.

Refund requests are considered based on the circumstances of the request, including the nature of the issue, the subscription period involved, and the extent to which the service has already been used.

Where appropriate, DeepTechSol may issue a full or partial refund at its discretion, subject to applicable law.

Refunds are not automatically due simply because a customer decides to stop using the service before the end of a paid subscription period.

Duplicate charges, incorrect billing, or other payment errors should be reported for review and correction.

Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

18. Trials and Promotional Access

5GRocket may provide limited trial or promotional access.

The duration and availability of trials may vary depending on the applicable offer, customer request, account eligibility, or other reasonable considerations.

Trial availability may be limited, suspended, or withdrawn where reasonably necessary to prevent misuse or abuse.

Providing trial access on one occasion does not create an entitlement to additional or future trials.

19. Meaning of “5G-Like”

References to “5G-Like Speed,” “5G-Like Browsing,” “5G-Like Browsing Speed,” or similar wording are descriptive expressions relating to the intended browsing experience.

• 5GRocket provides a 5G telecommunications connection;
• an existing connection is converted into 5G;
• 5GRocket is an ISP;
• 5GRocket is a mobile network provider;
• 5GRocket is a VPN or proxy service;
• 5GRocket provides a VPS or virtual server;
• 5GRocket provides general-purpose hosting or cloud-computing access; or
• any particular internet or browsing speed is guaranteed.

20. Performance Can Vary

5GRocket operates in conjunction with the user's existing internet connection.

• the speed and stability of the existing connection;
• network latency;
• user location;
• congestion;
• the website or application being accessed;
• third-party service availability;
• cloud or infrastructure conditions;
• browser or application behavior;
• device performance; and
• other technical or network conditions outside our reasonable control.

Results may therefore vary between users, websites, locations, and sessions.

21. Demonstrations and Performance Comparisons

Any demonstrations, performance examples, loading-time comparisons, or similar results displayed by 5GRocket represent results obtained under the circumstances of the relevant demonstration or test.

They illustrate possible performance and do not guarantee that every user will obtain identical results.

22. Service Provided “As Is” and “As Available”

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5GRocket is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

• uninterrupted service;
• completely error-free operation;
• compatibility with every website or application;
• continuous availability of third-party services; or
• any specific browsing speed, performance level, or result.

Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties, remedies, liabilities, or rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Maintenance, Infrastructure and Service Availability

• scheduled or emergency maintenance;
• upgrades or system changes;
• security measures;
• technical faults;
• hosting, network, software, or infrastructure-provider interruptions;
• internet or telecommunications failures;
• changes or discontinuation by an upstream service provider; or
• circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where practical, we may provide notice of significant planned maintenance. Emergency maintenance, urgent security work, or unexpected interruptions may occur without advance notice.

5GRocket depends partly on third-party hosting, network, software, infrastructure, and other upstream providers.

DeepTechSol cannot guarantee the continued availability of any particular provider, server, location, IP address, infrastructure component, or underlying technology.

DeepTechSol may configure, update, restart, migrate, replace, restrict, suspend, or otherwise manage the underlying service environment where reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, or improve 5GRocket.

DeepTechSol may also modify, suspend, restrict, replace, or discontinue all or part of 5GRocket where reasonably necessary due to operational, commercial, technical, security, legal, regulatory, or third-party service considerations.

Where permanent discontinuation materially affects an already-paid subscription period, the matter will be handled reasonably in accordance with the applicable refund provisions of these Terms.

24. Events Outside Our Control

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepTechSol will not be responsible for delay, interruption, degradation, or inability to provide the service where caused by events outside our reasonable control.

• major cloud, hosting, or upstream-provider failures;
• telecommunications or internet outages;
• widespread cyber incidents;
• power or infrastructure failures;
• natural disasters;
• war, civil disturbance, or similar events;
• governmental or regulatory action;
• strikes or major supplier failures; and
• other comparable circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

This section does not limit rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

25. Third-Party Websites and Services

5GRocket may enable users to access websites, applications, and online services operated by third parties.

• performance; or
• continued compatibility with 5GRocket.

Users remain responsible for their interactions with third-party services and for complying with the terms applicable to those services.

26. Ownership

Unless otherwise stated, 5GRocket's branding, service interface, software, website materials, graphics, written content, and other proprietary materials are owned by, licensed to, or operated by DeepTechSol.

Use of 5GRocket does not transfer ownership of DeepTechSol or 5GRocket intellectual property to the user.

Users may not reproduce, resell, redistribute, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit proprietary components except where expressly authorized or permitted by applicable law.

27. Suspension or Termination

• non-payment;
• violation of these Terms;
• unlawful activity;
• fraudulent or abusive activity;
• account or trial misuse;
• credential sharing or unauthorized account use;
• security threats;
• material abuse of service resources;
• attempts to circumvent technical restrictions;
• upstream-provider or infrastructure restrictions;
• operational, legal, regulatory, or security requirements; or
• circumstances where continued provision of the service is no longer reasonably practical.

Where appropriate and reasonably practical, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve an issue.

28. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeepTechSol, 5GRocket, and their relevant affiliates, contractors, service providers, and infrastructure providers from reasonable claims, losses, costs, or liabilities arising from:

• the user's unlawful use of the service;
• intentional misuse of the service;
• a material breach of these Terms;
• fraud or abusive conduct by the user; or
• the user's violation of the lawful rights of a third party.

This provision does not require a user to indemnify DeepTechSol for matters arising solely from DeepTechSol's own conduct where such liability cannot legally be transferred or excluded.

29. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepTechSol and 5GRocket will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or similar losses arising from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party website failures, network outages, external service interruptions, upstream-provider failures, or user-controlled security incidents.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeepTechSol's aggregate liability arising from a particular subscription or claim will not exceed the subscription fees actually paid for the subscription period to which the claim relates.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

30. Governing Law and Resolution of Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

If a customer has a complaint or dispute relating to 5GRocket, the customer is encouraged to contact DeepTechSol first so that we have a reasonable opportunity to review and resolve the matter directly.

Subject to any mandatory rights, jurisdiction, or remedies available under applicable law, disputes requiring legal proceedings will be subject to the competent courts of Lahore, Pakistan.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

31. Updates

• new features or technologies;
• changes to analytics or advertising practices;
